What's in this version:

reverted recent SGS2/3 Sticky Boot Settings Workaround cause it broke this feature on other devices. Will change the whole apply on boot procedure in next update.
1.7.2
improved Workaround for buggy custom kernels preventing applying settings on boot complete event (mainly SGS 2/3)
fixed reading of settings on multi-core devices (fixed that core went offline during reading of settings)
